I am a Vietnam Veteran. 100% service connected disable and receive disability from VA and SSi. A few years ago adobted a young Vietnamese girl who I brought over here in 2004. In a few words I have developed a large credit card debt and just cannot make it. I have searched the internet for days and cannot find any help.
